The Chicago Cubs barely got a “W” over the San Francisco Giants yesterday at AT&T Park with the Cubs winning 3 to 2. It was quite a game that followers with Cubs tickets will be talking about for days.

In addition to the 3 runs, the Cubs managed 8 hits and committed no errors. It wasn’t a huge day for anyone at the plate for the Cubs, as nobody managed more than 2 hits. Andres Blanco had a tough day at the plate, leaving 4 runners on base. The Giants didn’t have anyone with a big night with not one batter getting more than 2 hits. The Giants managed 2 runs, 8 hits and no errors.
The win puts the Cubs at a record of 79-73, (9.5 games behind first place in the division), while the loss brings the Giants to 82-71, (10 games behind the division leader). The Giants again take on the Cubs tomorrow. There are still plenty of tickets available so take a look.
